Airship (Urban Airship) is a mobile customer engagement platform for push notifications, audience targeting, and lifecycle messaging. This connector syncs the audience side of the platform: the device channels, named users, lists, segments, and tags that define who can be messaged and how they're grouped.
Individual device or app installs (iOS, Android, web, email, SMS) registered with Airship, including device type, opt-in/installed status, push address, and registration timestamps. The core audience unit for measuring reachable install base, opt-in rates, and channel churn.
Customer-level identities that tie one or more device channels to a single known user via your own user ID. Used to deduplicate audience across devices, build cross-device engagement views, and join push reach to known-customer records.
Static and managed audience lists with name, status, channel count, and created/modified timestamps. Used to track the size and freshness of targeted send lists and analyze list growth over time.
Saved audience segment definitions identified by id and display name, with creation and modification dates. Used to inventory targeting criteria and analyze which segments drive engagement campaigns.
Free-form tags applied to device channels for audience grouping and targeting. Useful for segmentation analysis and understanding how tags map to engagement and conversion behavior.
Structured device attribute tag groups carried on each channel (timezone, locale country/language, app version, SDK version, OS version, device model, opt-in and background flags). Used for device/locale/version cohort analysis and reach segmentation.
Per-channel iOS push configuration including badge count, quiet-time window, and timezone. Used to analyze quiet-time adoption and notification delivery constraints across the iOS audience.
Tags applied at the named-user (customer identity) level rather than the device level. Used to build customer-level audience cohorts that persist across a user's devices.
