Analytics Report

Represents computed daily aggregates of support performance metrics (response/handle times, message volume, SLA breaches, workload, tagging rates, CSAT). Used to track trends and compare performance by account, channel, inbox, tag, teammate, team, and date.

Account

Represents customer accounts used as a dimension in analytics, enabling breakdowns of ticket volume, response times, SLA compliance, and CSAT by customer or segment.

Channel

Represents communication channels (email, SMS, social, etc.) used to route conversations; supports channel-mix analysis, response/handle time comparisons, volume, and SLA performance by channel.

Inbox

Represents shared or individual inboxes where conversations are handled; enables workload, backlog, response time, and SLA performance analysis by inbox.

Tag

Represents conversation tags used for categorization and topic analysis; supports tagging rate, volume, and performance metrics by tag.

Teammate

Represents individual agents handling conversations; enables agent-level productivity metrics such as workload, handle and response times, SLA adherence, and CSAT.
