§ 01 — Benefits

Definite is a Single Source of Truth for Every Account.

Unlike per-account tools or stitched-together dashboards, Definite brings ingestion, storage, modeling, and AI into one system — so all your accounts, brands, and revenue sources live in one place with no pipelines to maintain.

01
One connection, every account
Connect your MCC once and all sub-accounts sync — no per-account credentials, no re-auth when new accounts are added.
02
Mappings you define
Create a mapping table once — account names become your brand names across every report, query, and AI answer automatically.
03
Spend and revenue, together
Google Ads data sits alongside Shopify and Stripe in one system — no ETL pipeline, no joins to rebuild when accounts change.
04
AI that acts, not just answers
Fi reshapes dashboards, adjusts models, and surfaces cross-account insights from a plain-English conversation — not just queries.
§ 02 — How it works

From fragmented accounts to unified reporting

Step 01
Connect your MCC once
One connection brings every sub-account in — no per-account OAuth, no manual re-auth, no setup to repeat when new accounts are added.
Step 02
Everything lands in one place
All your Google Ads data syncs into a single system alongside Shopify, Stripe, and Facebook Ads. No pipelines to maintain, no exports to schedule — it's all there, continuously updated.
Step 03
Naming conventions you define, enforced everywhere
Create a simple naming model that maps your Google Ads account names to your internal brands. Every dashboard, metric, and AI query uses your labels automatically — not Google's.
Step 04
Ask anything across all accounts and revenue sources
Ask Fi "which brand has the highest ROAS this month?" or "where should we reallocate budget?" Get answers with charts — across every account and every revenue source at once, in plain English.
Step 05
Deliver to clients and stakeholders automatically
Schedule weekly reports to Slack or email. Share dashboards directly without giving clients login access. No more Monday morning export runs to Google Slides.
Definite lets you ask questions in plain English and get answers instantly.

§ FAQ

Questions, answered.

Most teams are up and running in under 30 minutes. You connect your MCC once using four credentials (Developer Token, Client ID, Client Secret, and your MCC Customer ID). From there, all accounts under your MCC sync automatically — no per-account setup required. Full historical data typically backfills within a few hours depending on account volume.
New accounts added to your MCC are picked up automatically on the next sync. You don't need to reconnect or reconfigure anything. If you use brand mapping, you'll add one new row to your mapping table to standardize the name — and that's it.
Definite syncs all Google Ads data including currency information. You can normalize costs to a single currency (e.g., USD) using Stripe's balance transactions or manual exchange rate tables. Multi-currency accounts work out of the box — unlike Looker Studio, which shows $0 for cost data across accounts in different currencies.
Yes. Dashboards can be shared with teammates or embedded. You can also schedule automated reports to Slack or email, so clients and stakeholders get updates without logging in. If you're an agency, this means no more exporting to Google Slides every Monday morning.
Google Ads account names rarely match your Shopify store names or internal brand names. Definite's brand mapping lets you create a simple table that maps "MCC - Verde Home" to "Verde" once. Every dashboard, report, and AI query automatically uses your standardized names — no more broken spreadsheets when accounts get renamed.
No. Ask Fi questions in plain English — "Which brand has the highest ROAS?" or "Show me spend by account for the last 30 days." Get answers with charts instantly. If you have analysts who want SQL access, that works too. But it's not required for anyone on your team.
